Refund Policy
All flight bookings and associated airport fees are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued for flights or airport fees once a booking is confirmed, except where optional Trip Protection has been purchased at the time of booking.
This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Customer-initiated cancellations

No-shows

Missed flights

Schedule changes

Delays or interruptions beyond our control
Unless otherwise expressly stated below, no refunds will be provided.
Trip Protection
Customers who purchase our optional Trip Protection are eligible to receive a refund of the flight cost and airport fees only in the event of a cancellation, subject to the terms presented at checkout.
Please note:

Trip Protection is non-refundable under all circumstances

Trip Protection must be purchased at the time of booking

Refunds issued under Trip Protection apply only to the flight and airport fees

Any additional products, services, or add-ons are excluded unless explicitly stated
Completed Services
Once a flight has been operated in full or in part, the service is considered rendered and fulfilled. Completed flights are not eligible for refunds, credits, or reversals.
Disputes and Payment Reversals
Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any questions or concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute. Charges that comply with this Refund Policy and correspond to services rendered are considered valid and authorized.
All purchases are subject to verification, including proof of service delivery.
Policy Acceptance
This Refund Policy is presented prior to checkout and is available on our website at all times. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
