• All flights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic control restrictions. In the event of unfavorable weather, we will work with you to reschedule your flight to the next available and suitable time.

Important Details

• Guests cannot exceed 270 lbs/121 kg per person.
• Airport Fee: A $35.00 per person airport fee is required upon arrival or scheduling.
• All flights are non-refundable, except if you purchase our Trip Protection, which entitles customers to a full refund for the value of their flight due to any cancellations. Can be rescheduled, or transferred to another guest if you did not purchase the Trip Protection. If transferring your voucher to another please email us.
• Must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance on our online flight scheduler.
• If you are visiting, please schedule your appointment during the beginning of your trip to ensure an opportunity to reschedule in the event of inclement weather.
• Must arrive 40 min before your flight to check in
• Scheduling changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid paying any rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• Valid ID required. Can be your Passport, or Drivers Licenses (foreign, or domestic). NO SOFT COPIES ALLOWED.
• DOORS ON AGE RESTRICTION: 5 YEARS OLD, OR OLDER ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. 
• DOORS OFF AGE RESTRICTION: 12 YEARS OLD, OR OLDER ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
• Upgrade to add a 3rd passenger (cumulative weight between all 3 guests cannot exceed 580 lbs/263 kg)
• All Electronics must be strapped on our doors off flights. Unstrapped devices are not permitted on board our doors off flights.
• WEATHER DEPENDENT ACTIVITY
• No strapless shoes allowed
• Flight routes are subject to change due ATC clearance, weather, and/or temporary flight restrictions.
