Groups of 3 cannot exceed 580 lbs / 263 kg combined.
An airport fee of $25.00 per person can be paid upon arrival/scheduling.
Flights are non refundable and must be scheduled a minimum of 2 days in advance pending availability. Should you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please email us at info@heliflights.us a minimum of 2 days prior to avoid paying a fee. Arrive 40 minutes before your flight time to check-in, for our safety briefing, and weigh-in procedures
If weather grounds your flight, all customer’s vouchers will be extended 1 year from the cancellation date. Flight vouchers can be transferred to another person.
